LANDBANK reaffirmed its commitment to disaster response by providing ₱3.2 million in financial aid and ₱3.1 million worth of relief packs to earthquake-hit communities in Davao Oriental and Cebu on October 23, 2025.
Finance Secretary and LANDBANK Chairman Ralph G. Recto and President and CEO Lynette V. Ortiz led the simultaneous relief operations.
Ortiz said the Bank remains “steadfast in providing timely assistance during crises” while supporting long-term recovery and rebuilding efforts.
In Davao Oriental, ₱900,000 in cash aid and 1,000 grocery packs were distributed, while Cebu received ₱2.3 million in assistance and 2,600 relief packs for 11 municipalities and Bogo City.
LANDBANK earlier provided ₱4.9 million in aid, food packs, and water filtration systems to quake-affected areas, and continues to offer recovery loans through programs such as CARES Plus, EasyCash, and Emergency Loans of up to ₱25,000.
