Was it only on Monday, October 20, 2025 when Market Monitor news online and hard copy carried the story of Lovi Poe musing on her pregnancy through poetry.
Its kicker was pulled off “to give birth anytime.”
In her Facebook wall, Lovi posted a video clip showing her while clasping the baby a few hours ago with a dateline in Los Angeles, California.
“The moment I met you, instinct took over. Welcome to the world, my love,” announced the actress in her social media pages.
It’s unclear, though, the exact date of the visit of the stork.
Did she give birth yesterday or the other day or three days ago?
In an invite by Pelikula, the production house that made the documentary drama “Lakambini Gregoria de Jesus” which Poe portrayed one generation of the main character, it announced that the actress would have a livestream appearance for the press and the general audience during its premiere night at the UP Film Center Cine Adarna last night.
A recorded video clip of Lovi was screened instead.
In the video, she encouraged the Filipino moviegoers to watch “Lakambini” and reminded the leaders of Philippine government about good governance on its citizens.
We will await Lovi and husband Monty Blencowe the detailed announcement on their first-born.
