A new era of basketball is dawning in the heart of Western Visayas.
The Antique Basketball League Season 1, a newly-organized basketball competition, will kick off in the first week of July.
With the theme, “Laro para sa Bayan, Laro para sa Kinabukasan”, the tournament will feature three categories: Junior (Under-21), Inter-Municipality, and Open.
It is scheduled to run from July to November 2025.
The games will be held at the Binirayan Sports Gymnasium and will take place on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
ABL’s objective is to provide a structured and inclusive platform for players in Antique to develop their basketball skills, foster community unity and promote youth empowerment through organized sports competitions.
Registration fee is P10,000.
