BYD unveils Shark 6 DMO pickup

BYD Cars Philippines, a subsidiary of ACMobility, has officially launched the highly anticipated BYD Shark 6 DMO, a grand entry into the Philippine pickup truck market adding to BYD’s cutting-edge lineup that slowly but surely getting into the mainstream of the local automotive scene.

The BYD Shark 6 DMO, which was presented last Friday night at the SM MOA in Pasay City, delivers an electrified experience that combines power, efficiency, and versatility while having a gas-fed machine. Available in two variants—Advanced and Premium—the BYD Shark 6 DMO is a pickup truck unlike any other, offering superior performance, efficiency, and technology.

The BYD Shark 6 DMO sells initially for P2,098,000 for the Advanced variant and P2,298,000 for the Premium variant. ACMobiity has a discount promo of up to P100,000 for cash buyers up to the end of the month.

Powered by a 29.6kWh BYD Blade battery and a 1.5T onboard generator, dual electric motors help the Shark 6 DMO produce an impressive combined output of 435 PS and 650 Nm of torque—making it one of the most powerful pickups in its class.
