HII takes on serviced residences with soon-to-open The Sphere

A modern landmark in Makati City’s central busi­ness district (CBD) is ex­pected to rise in the form of The Stratosphere, a 31-story mixed-use building that’s in­tended to house commercial spaces and 328 condomini­um units, with about 120 of these to become part of The Sphere Serviced Residences, to be managed by Hospitali­ty Innovators Inc. (HII).

Found in Salcedo Village, The Stratosphere will feature an industrial chic design that will make it different from surrounding buildings. Eight levels are alloted for parking, while the ground floor will house commercial spaces. Residents and guests will be treated to excellent amenities, includ­ing a swimming pool, gym, spa, and yoga studio.

Real-estate developer Primex Realty Corp. has partnered with HII, one of the country’s leading hotel and property-management companies, to handle both the hotel and property-man­agement aspect of the project. With the growing demand for serviced resi­dences in the Makati CBD, Primex saw the addition of The Sphere Serviced Resi­dences as added value to its development.

HII aims to delight guests with its high stan­dards of management and operations, as well as impec­cable service. The Strato­sphere is just one of their managed properties. Driven to reimagine the hotel and property-management land­scape in the country, HII has grown to manage 12 proper­ties, with seven more in the pipeline.

The company respon­sible for many of Metro Manila’s-best reviewed hotels wishes to bring to The Stratosphere its 17 years’ worth of hospitality-man­agement experience. The Sphere Serviced Residences is expected to offer a restful stay to young business pro­fessionals, expatriates, and those seeking convenient and tasteful city living by early 2017.
