In the All-New CR-V, Honda Connect is a telematics-based (TCU) technology that connects the phone of the Honda owner with their car, offering a multitude of features such as Automatic Collision Detection, Security Alarm, Remote Diagnostic Support, Speed Alert, Geofencing, Vehicle Dashboard Information, Remote Vehicle Control, and Find My Car and is being offered with a free 3-year subscription. Honda Connect app on other Honda models on a non-telematics (non-TCU) platform features Emergency Calls, Location Search, and News.

The app is also designed for easy installation and setup as Honda is moving towards its global dream of zero traffic collision fatalities involving Honda vehicles and Safety for Everyone.
