THE Phuket Waves extended their winning streak to three games in the Thailand Basketball Association (TBA), dominating the Pathum Thani City Wings, 135-105, at the Watsungwej School Gymnasium.
The Waves improved their record behind the the explosive showing of Wowie Escosio, Patrick Tchuente, and Francis Camacho, who combined for 79 points for coach RJ Mojica.
Escosio led the charge with a team-high 30 points on 13-of-23 shooting from the field, while also grabbing eight rebounds and dishing out four assists in 35 minutes of action.
Tchuente contributed double-double with 27 points, 13 rebounds, and two blocks, while Camacho added 22 points and four rebounds, providing consistent firepower from the perimeter.
Phuket also benefited from strong contributions off the bench, as Nattanan Sangsuriya and Puwanai Thamtinno chipped in 18 points each, helping the Waves maintain control throughout the contest.
Trent Baker did everything he could for the City Wings, finishing with a game-high 48 points on 18-of-34 shooting, along with four rebounds in 34 minutes of play.
Wunchai Butrat also had a notable performance for the losing side, draining nine three-pointers en route to 27 points. However, the City Wings struggled to find production from import Adrian Celada, who was limited to just nine points on 4-of-14 shooting.
“During this three- game winning streak, the team is playing solid from start to finish. Guys are coming off the bench ready, giving us a quality minutes and energy,” said Mojica
“The team is showing growth and confidence, but there’s still room to improve, especially with turnovers and sustaining intensity. But overall, I’m proud of the way the team is coming together and competing. We’ll keep building on,” added Mojica

The Phuket Waves also notched earlier wins over the Suphanburi Mammoth, 87’#73, on October 11, and edged the Runnin’ Raptors, 86–l-83, on October 8.
