Shang Properties celebrates 25 years as a publicly listed company

Shang Properties Inc. (SHNG) celebrated its silver anniversary as a listed firm with a special bell-ringing ceremony at the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE). 

“With the opening of the Shangri-La Hotel at the Fort, Shang Properties continues to expand its already extensive real-estate portfolio making the company well-positioned to continuously benefit from positive economic developments,” PSE Chairman Jose T. Pardo said in his welcome remarks during the listing anniversary ceremony.

“With the support of its global affiliates and the guidance of a visionary team, we are optimistic that Shang Properties will continue to provide projects and developments that will help enhance the Philippine real estate landscape,” he added.
