Select PAL Cebu, Clark flights suspended indefinitely

Philippine Airlines (PAL) announced it will be suspending several international and domestic flights out of Cebu and Clark, starting mid-April through May, as the flag carrier adjusts its route network in response to changes in the global aviation industry due to the Middle East war.

PAL said the changes in flight schedule on select routes from Cebu and Clark would involve flight suspensions that will run “until further notice.”

PAL will suspend Cebu-Guam flights starting April 16; and Cebu-Ho Chi Minh beginning April 19 (except for select dates in May).

Domestic routes to be affected include: Clark-Siargao starting from May 4; Cebu-Ozamiz from May 5; and Cebu-Calbayog from May 6.

PAL said the adjustments will remain in place “until further notice”. “PAL is working to minimize disruption and will continue to review these routes as conditions improve,” the airline said.

Further, cargo operations on the affected routes will also be disrupted.
