Nissan Dasmarinas now open

THE Nissan Dasmarinas, the newest Nissan dealership down South, opened up last Thursday amidst colorful ceremony that saw several top Nissan officials, local government officials and members of the media in attendance.

Led by Doroteo “Tey” Sornet, the president of the Southgatemotors Ventures Corporation, the 1,900-square-meter complex stood tall along the bustling Aguinaldo Highway was inaugurated amidst a fiesta-like atmosphere that permeated throughout the day.

“We have designed the dealership for long-term growth. We can greatly increase our capacity as we foresee Nissan’s potential in Dasmarinas City,” said Sornet, a Dasmarinas-born marketing guy who saw the transformation of the city through the years. “The local government’s leadership facilitates the city’s vibrancy and business friendliness. This may not be biggest Nissan dealership in terms of size but it can surely be one of the biggest performers.”

This is the third Nissan dealership under the helm of Sornet’s Southgatemotors Ventures Corporation. The first two were Nissan Paranaque and Nissan Alabang.

Nissan Dasmarinas is a full 3S facility built based on the latestNissan Retail Concept (NRC-NEXT) design that was launched in 2020. The showroom itself can fit in a total of 8 cars at the same time while its service facility has 14 work bays that have the capacity to service 30 units per day. 

There will be 16 people attending to the after-sales operations based on current demand and it can increased as the demand requires, added Sornet.
