Zabala said that their formula of success is not that secret since it is very basic that the customers values their time so much that they need to be taken cared of as soon as possible especially when they bring their car for PMS or other concerns. 

“This is where the Mitsubishi Quick Service or the MQS comes in by which a unit shall be finished servicing within 60 minutes, and that includes the car wash. If it is a major PMS, we make it a point to finish it within 1-2 hours including car wash,” Zabala said, adding that their staff is all well-trained and qualified to cater to and perform any types of jobs on any Mitsubishi models. “We have two Master Technicians and three Level 2 Technicians who supervises all the professional works here.”

Since time is valuable to the customers, a total of 3 customers can be accommodated every 20 minutes for service workshops while every hour 4 units can be accommodated in the PMS shop.

Zabala said that one thing their customers can be assured of is that all parts and supplies being put in their cars “are genuine parts straight from Mitsubishi Philippines or from its accredited partners and suppliers.”

For repairs, Zabala cited the separate BRP facility inside which can cater to all insurance claims, either they are in-house or non in-house insurance companies. “Walk-in clients are also very much welcome here from Mondays to Saturdays during office hours,” he said
