The plot involving the separation between Ellen Adarna and Derek Ramsay as a married couple has thickened as days went by.
With the coming forward of Derek’s former girlfriends, Ellen has secured a defense force to substantiate her claims against her former husband’s character.
Ellen and Derek’s union shattered allegedly due to the actor’s infidelity, womanizing and violent tendencies.
Adarna’s latest alliance in her search for fairness, equality and justice is a certain Alexa whom she didn’t completely identify as per legal advice who she said sent her a message of revisit on her (Alexa) relationship with Ramsay in the past.
In her social media spaces, Ellen cautioned the citizens of this gossip nation about dragging Ilacad in the issue as the cause of her breakup with the actor.
It is said that Derek and Alexa were lovers back then.
“Mga Marites (rumor millers), stop blaming and messaging Alexa (Dereks Ex) for being the side chick. She reached out to me directly—and this is what she said. She asked me to share it publicly so people know her truth. And for the record, I only received this message today.”
Ellen posted the entire message of Alexa and here’s the opening salvo: “Hi Ellen, I’ve been hesitant to say anything for a long time because I’ve finally built some peace in my life, and I’ve been very protective of that. But with everything that has been coming out publicly, and with strangers accusing me of being the ‘sidechick,’ I felt it might be important to reach out to you. I know those assumptions exist because I stayed silent during those years while he freely told people his version of the story after I finally walked away from the relationship.”
In a cryptic revelation, Alexa said she experienced the same pattern of treatment in the relationship.
“I don’t know what you know, but we were together for several years when I was much younger, and it took a long time for me to understand the emotional and psychological patterns I was caught in. During that time, I made choices that were completely out of character for me. I carried a lot of shame, and for years I blamed myself for everything that happened. But in saying this, I’m not putting all the blame on him. I enabled the behavior each time I chose to stay or when I caved. He saw my weakness and used it to his advantage. At that point in time, I didn’t yet understand what manipulation looked like or how deeply it can distort your sense of self,” gushed Alexa.
Alexa felt emphatic about Ellen but she is still happy she was able to get out of the mess. “I’m sorry that you had to go through what you did. No one deserved that, man or woman. And I’m so glad you’ve broken the silence and hopefully that very toxic cycle. I’ve realized that because you did that, the wound I carried for so many years has finally healed. Thank you for being the voice I never had. For what it’s worth, you have all my support,” she said.
Here’s the clincher in Adarna’s claim about Ramsay’s alleged ghosting: “‘Again the side chick was NEVER a girl friend.’”
Meanwhile, Derek has denied he is violent when Ellen accused him of shouting at her during heated arguments.
He also denied cheating on her ex-wife.
Adarna and Ramsay were married in 2021.
