THE Philippine Basketball Association is now accepting applicants for next year’s Season 51 Rookie Draft.
Application forms are available for download online or at the PBA Office in Libis, Quezon City.
Valid Philippine passport is needed for Fil-foreign players who will make themselves available for the annual proceedings, while local players are required to submit their original copy of birth certificate.
Commissioner Willie Marcial said the league opened the draft application earlier to give prospective draftees time to prepare their requirements.
Meanwhile, school records are required for applicants who are 19 years old, along with two pieces of 2×2 ID picture.
Interested parties may submit their duly notarized application form together with the following requirements until January 8 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the PBA Office only on weekdays.
The 2027 Draft is tentatively set on January 17.
