Finally, a public announcement was made on the forthcoming wedding of actress Bea Alonzo with businessman Ferdinand Vincent P. Co.
Through an art card, the marriage banns of Bea and Vincent were flashed during a Facebook Live Sunday mass recently at St. Peter the Apostle Church in Paco, Manila.
Marriage banns is a document being announced three consecutive Sundays to the public to determine whether there are impediments, morally and legally, on both parties of the future bride and groom.
Once the marriage banns of Bea and Vincent, Phylbert Angelli Escalante Ranollo Fagestrom and Ferdinand Vincent Pe Co, in real lives, respectively, were publicized, show business was agog over the wedding event although it has no exact date yet.
Bea’s ex-beaus were also sought out of reactions.
ABS-CBN Interactive news online entertainment journalist Reyma Buan Deveza crossed paths with Alonzo’s former boyfriend Zanjoe Marudo at the mediacon of ABS-CBN series “The Silent Noise” where the actor plays an important role.
According to Zanjoe, who was very austere of comments if not evasive of the issue but his personal handler was overheard as apologetic.
“Sorry,” quickly quipped Zanjoe’s assistant, obviously, to get off from the nosy movie press.
“…Hindi ko alam,” he said smiling.
In a few moments, though, ABS-CBN entertainment news broadcaster MJ Felipe was able to capture on cam Marudo’s soundbites.
According to the actor, he is happy for Bea but jokingly said he has not received any wedding invitation yet.
Meanwhile, Dominic Roque and Gerald Anderson, both Bea’s exes, are mum about their former girlfriend’s upcoming wedding.
Not the devil-may-care attitude but one of, many insiders say, play-it-by-ear.
Dominic has just returned from Japan with sweetheart Sue Ramirez.
On the other hand, Alonzo’s most controversial erstwhile boyfriend Gerald has just celebrated his birthday as a single after his breakup with Julia Barretto.
Gerald hasn’t commented on Bea’s wedding with Vincent.
On his private self, though, Gerald’s mom Vangie Opsima in her video birthday message revealed that the actor is in a difficult time at the moment but it doesn’t show in his face.
Meanwhile, the wedding date for Bea and Vincent isn’t officially revealed yet but there are speculations that they would tie the knot in May although there is whisper of a 2027 matrimony.
