Concentrix Showcases CyberProtect and iX Suite in Filipinnovation, Unites Leaders for Cyber-Resilience

Leaders from government, technology, and multiple industries convened on March 24 for Filipinnovation-powered by Concentrix, an exclusive business summit advancing national dialogue on digital transformation and cyber-resilience in the domestic market.

Now in its second year, the Concentrix-hosted summit carried the theme “Transformation Protecting the Country’s Digital Future.” It brought together leaders across aviation, energy, real estate, retail, education, insurance, financial services, logistics, communications, and technology to address cybersecurity as a critical foundation for sustainable growth and national resilience.

In his opening remarks, Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Undersecretary for Strategic Initiatives and Industry and Competency Development Leandro Aguirre emphasized the importance of public-private collaboration, stating, “If we approach cybersecurity as a shared responsibility, through capacity-building, through policies that encourage responsible behavior, and through collaboration, then we can build and sustain a digital environment that is not only innovative, but also secure, resilient, and worthy of the trust of the Filipino people.”

The summit showcased digital solutions including the Concentrix iX Suite of AI-powered applications that supercharge performance and outcomes, and Concentrix CyberProtect, which provides comprehensive threat protection. Event exclusive partner and cloud-based AI and CX solutions leader Genesys also shared insights on the future of customer experience. “Winning in CX is about connecting data, AI, and systems—combining speed, empathy, and context seamlessly together — this is experience orchestration,” said Ashok Sankaran, Director of Partner and Alliances – APAC, Genesys.

Keynote speaker Donald Lim, head of Cybersecurity Council of the Philippines, President of the Management Association of the Philippines and President of DITO CME Holdings, underscored the need for comprehensive, long-term cybersecurity strategies amid a rapidly evolving threat landscape. A fireside chat with leaders from the aviation and energy sectors further highlighted how cyber risks now impact not only systems and data, but also operations, customer trust, and national stability.

Across discussions, a clear consensus emerged: cybersecurity must be embedded at the core of business strategy, driven at all levels, and strengthened through public-private collaboration.

In closing, Amit Jagga, EVP and Chief Business Officer of Concentrix Philippines, highlighted the shift from reactive security to resilience by design and collective responsibility: “Protecting our digital future requires action across industries and sectors—because trust is the currency of the digital economy, and cybersecurity is what protects it,” he concluded.
