Lenovo Philippines has shown a better way for Filipino Millennials to spend quality time together with its recently launched Hangout campaign, which puts the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 in the spotlight.

This campaign is led by its brand ambassadors, 2014 Miss Philippines-Universe Mary Jean “MJ” Lastimosa and singer-actor-model Markki Stroem.

“Lenovo continues to swim against the current by delivering a new way for consumers to enjoy their digital content. In a market defined by similar designs, Lenovo’s Yoga Tablet 2 stands out by standing up, tilting and hanging, [which helps] to keep hangout sessions fun, fresh and ex- citing,” said Michael Ngan, country general manager of Lenovo Philippines.

Through the Hangout campaign, “we hope to highlight Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2’s multimode functionality through our brand ambassadors Markki Stroem and MJ Lastimosa, two dynamic and outstanding Millennials who exemplify the hangout spirit,” he added.

The Yoga Tablet 2 has up to 18 hours of battery life, an ergonomic handle, a new and improved kickstand, and four intuitive modes—Hold, Stand, Tilt and Hang—to add a dose of spontaneity when users hang out with friends and family.

Many possibilities are opened up to users when they make the Yoga Tablet 2 their hangout buddy. Its Hold mode allows users to grip the tablet firmly when showing photos and videos to friends. Users can also en- joy movie marathons when the tablet is on Stand mode, thanks to its improved kickstand and Dolby front speakers that provide an immersive sound experience. They can also hang the tablet to record and make videos that they can share on social media.

The Intel-powered Yoga Tablet 2 also has a high-definition 8-megapixel rear camera with f2.2 wide-aperture lens, advanced glare-reducing glass and a BSI 2 sensor, so users can capture high-quality selfies while hanging out.

The Yoga Tablet 2 also has dual-band wireless-fidelity Internet capability and a micro USB port with OTG connection that allows users to charge their phones with a separate cable to stay connected whenever and wherever they are. And Android 4.4 enhances the touchscreen experience, permitting users to listen to music while browsing the Web without a hitch.

“The Yoga Tablet 2’s Tilt mode is perfect for playing with apps. I thrive on social media and I enjoy keeping everyone posted about my life, so the Yoga Tablet 2’s mobility and portability features are perfect for me,” Stroem said.

“l love taking selfies and group photos when eating out with friends or hanging out with kids, so the Yoga Tablet 2’s front and back cameras are great features. My friends and I cook sometimes, so I can make use of the [tablet’s] Hang mode to view recipes when we have our cookout sessions,” Lastimosa said.
