Remember Patrick Guzman, a 1990s heartthrob and popular leading among famous actresses?
Patrick died instantly at their house in Ontario, Canada.
According to Rey Lanada, Ogie Alcasid’s handler, Patrick fell off the floor while cleaning. Lanada noted in his social media spaces that Guzman just dropped dead despite his sixteen-year-old son Aeden’s calling 911.
“Bigla na lang siyang natumba. Tumawag pa ng 911 ang kanyang anak pero huli na ang lahat (He suddenly fell flat on the ground. His son managed to call 911 but it was too late),” said Rey.
Meanwhile, Ogie still mourns the sudden demise of Patrick whom he was featured in several movies in OctoArts Films.
Actress Beverly Vergel who is now based in the US said she would sorely miss Guzman who she directed in a TV show and film in Canada.
“Patrick is Canada’s Papa P,” exclaimed Beverly referring to the moniker of Piolo Pascual, Papa P which connotes handsomeness.
