The Land Transportation Office (LTO) and the Bangsamoro Land Transportation Office (BLTO) officially sealed their partnership with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to extend the Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) to the BLTO. This initiative marks a significant step toward improving transportation services and digital integration in the Bangsamoro region.
The signing was led by key officials, including DOTr Secretary Jaime J. Bautista, LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II, MOTC Minister Atty. Paisalin P. Tago, BLTO Director Engr. Razul D. Gayak, DOTr Asec. Ricardo E. Alfonso Jr., and MOTC Director General Atty. Roslaine L. Macao-Maniri.
