NISSAN EXPERIENCE Embracing It To The Fullest

Getting the customers very satisfied from the time they enter the showroom to buy a car up until they keep on coming back to the service bay for check-ups and maintenance is not a secret good car dealerships keep.

Take the case of Maria Clara Occena, a true-lover of Nissan cars way back when they started bringing their kids to the school up to the present. And she insists that she is a loyalist for Nissan Mantrade Gateway and its officers and staff have already been close to their family way back then.

“Nissan will always be my car. And Nissan Mantrade Gateway has been very good to me ever since I first stepped into its showroom to buy our first Sentra in 2000. After 6 cars and several years of doing business with them, I have no issue with them Nissan Mantrade Gateway always attend to our cars religiously,” said Mrs. Occena who is now driving a Nissan Terra. She gave the Nissan Juke to her son recently. After her first Nissan Sentra came the X-Trail, Serena, and the Sentra CVT, one after the other.

“Most of our periodic maintenance services are being done in Nissan Mantrade since it has the largest facility to accommodate our customers. But the body repairs are being done in our Nissan Otis,” said Lee, who added that their Nissan Express Service can have your car serviced in just one hour and this is available in all braches, except for the Nissan BGC which is solely for showroom and sales.

The Gateway Nissan dealerships have a combined monthly average of 2,000 Nissan cars every month. Nissan Mantrade takes the bulk of that numbers with 30-35 cars per day and 40-50 cars on holidays. Lee said that their Nissan Matina in Davao is servicing 20-25 cars per day on average. 

In order to expedite the customers’ PMS, the Gateway Nissan “frontliners” schedule their respective appointment at the service centers. The readily available service supervisors then handles each customer as they come in and give them a rundown of what their technicians will do their cars. “All our branches have a cozy Customer’s Lounge where they are offered our very brand of coffee and light snack. They can also do their things there while waiting for their cars.”

Just like Mrs. Occena, all of the customers leave the service centers very much fulfilled and satisfied that their cars underwent a thorough checkup and they are also assured of smooth driving until the next PMS for the next couple of months.
