Asia’s Sentimental Songstress Imelda Papin holds b-day concert at Resorts World

Despite her many socio-civic activities, Asia’s Sentimental Songstress and Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) Director Imelda A. Papin has still ample time to showcase her singing prowess.

On January 25, 2025 at the Newport Performing Arts of the Manila Resorts World, Imelda will once again set the stage ablaze with her fiery and pulsating performance for charity.

The show is a bonus to celebrate her nth summers.

“Para po sa mga cancer patients sa buong bansa ang show ni Ate (For the cancer patients all over the Philippines is the if my elder sister) Mel,” said Aileen Grace Arcilla Papin.

Aside from her forthcoming major birthday gig, La Papin is also touring the whole country to perform for all audiences.

Imelda had just performed in the provinces of Pangasinan and Pampanga not only for charity but for fun and entertainment as well.

“Nakakatuwa nga po ang sinasabi ng mga tao pag napapanood at nakikita na siya, ‘naku, fan na fan mo ako,’ ‘hindi ka pa rin nagbabago,’ ‘gustung-gusto ko ang mga kanta mo, parang nangyayari sa buhay ko,‘ ‘yong mga gano’n po ba (I am amazed by what people say when they watch her perform. ‘oh, I am your fan,’ ‘you haven’t changed,’ ‘I like your songs, they reflect what’s happening in my life,’ those things, you know),” explained Aileen.
