For instance, the action drama film “Umbag” – a movie megged by Filipino director John Ad. Castillo on female boxing and stars Fil-Am Marie Flows and Pinoy pride LJ Ramos – will join in a float bearing the narrative contents of the project that delineate the triumph of feminine rights to shine in a male-dominated sport
In his Facebook wall, John announces his tentpole’s participation the nation’s observance of self-government among Filipinos.
“The action drama ‘Umbag’ is set to participate in the Philippine Independence Day celebration parade in New York City on June 1, 2025 to showcase it’s share of the Filipino’s family culture thru films in this part of the world,” noted Ad. Castillo younger brother of the late award-winning filmmaker Celso Ad. Castillo.
