MLBB has officially been crowned the most-watched title in Esports World Cup history! The Mid Season Cup (MSC) at EWC 25 drew over 3 million Peak Concurrent Viewers (PCV), making it the first tournament ever to reach this milestone, according to Esports Charts.

Riding this record-breaking momentum, we’re unveiling new details for the upcoming M7 World Championship, which returns to Jakarta, Indonesia in January 2026:

• Malaysia receives 2 Main Stage slots to compete for the USD 1 million prize pool.

• M7 introduces a major update: two Wild Card teams will now qualify for the Main Stage, giving emerging regions the chance to shine on MLBB Esports’ biggest stage.
