Chinabank is upgrading its digital banking services for businesses with the launch of My CBC Business, a new platform designed to streamline financial operations for both large corporations and small and medium enterprises.
The next-generation facility brings cash management, payment processing and real-time account monitoring into a single digital platform, allowing businesses to manage banking transactions alongside their day-to-day operations.
My CBC Business supports real-time host-to-host integration, automated transaction processing, stronger security controls, and faster client onboarding, features intended to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
“Our goal is to make digital banking frictionless for our clients and help them manage the financial side of their operations more efficiently so they can focus on scaling their businesses,” said Domingo Dayro Jr., head of Chinabank’s Cash Management Services & Operations Group.
Dayro said the new system was developed in response to customer feedback and changing business requirements.
Built in partnership with Solutions Exchange Inc., My CBC Business provides businesses with tools for managing receivables and payables, automated debit and credit arrangements, enterprise payroll, bills payments, and liquidity management through Chinabank’s Sure Sweep service.
The platform also gives corporate users access to foreign currency trading and real-time domestic fund transfers through InstaPay and PESONet.
For check-related transactions, businesses can use self-service or outsourced check issuance, post-dated check warehousing, checkbook reordering, and digital stop-payment instructions.
The platform is designed for use across multiple channels, allowing corporate clients to manage their accounts either through a desktop web browser or the My CBC Business mobile application available through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Chinabank said the new platform is part of its continuing efforts to modernize digital banking services and provide businesses with more efficient tools for managing their financial operations.
My CBC Business will eventually replace Chinabank Online Corporate. The existing platform will be decommissioned after all products have been migrated and clients have completed the transition to the new system.
