Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) and the Pison family of Iloilo province have partnered in the development of Atria Park District.
The Atria Park District is ALI’s first integrated, master-planned, mixed-use community and largest investment in Iloilo.
Once completed, the 21-hectare estate will integrate a residential development by Avida, making available a total of 500 residential units.
With the brisk take-up of units in the first tower of Avida, the mid-market brand of ALI, is set to launch the second tower on June 13, 2015.
A fresh inventory of 321 residential and 57 parking units will now be made available to the public in the second tower.
Tower 2 offers 23 units per floor, comprised of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units with sizes ranging from 23 sqm to 61 sqm. Completion and turnover of the second tower is scheduled on the 1st quarter of 2019.
Avida Towers Atria is a high-rise development that promises to bring a perfect mix of modern city living surrounded by green open spaces.
Part of the estate is the Iloilo-Ayala Land TechnoHub; ALI’s own hotel brand Seda, which will do business in the province’s newest commercial hub with 152-rooms that will cater to both business and leisure travelers; the prestigious Ateneo de Iloilo; QualiMed Hospital, which offers the latest in quality and affordable health care; and The Shops at Atria, which opened last May 11,2015.
With the opening of The Shops at Atria, it further enhanced the integrated community living experience, where homes are conveniently located near shops and restaurants, and workplaces, schools and a medical facility are nearby.
The estate will also have dedicated, open and landscaped spaces that Ayala developments are known for.
