
There’s no stopping Angelica Jones in her showbiz comeback after a political debacle.
Angelica is set to take a reroute of her career to rebound.
This time, she has chosen the same avenue when she started out in the biz–television.
But with an extra mile.
“I am willing to tackle any kind of role. No role is small for a real actor,” said Jone who ran for representative of the Third District of Laguna in the 2022 elections. Unfortunately, the so-called Ms. Flawless lost in the congressional race.
“I’ve learned my lessons well,” she quipped.
She’s now back in acting for TV.
Angelica initially appeared in the weekly drama show “Tadhana” last Saturday hosted by Marian Rivera where she portrayed the role of an employer named Ester who would teach her ward Rebecca played by Elle Villanueva sweet revenge against bully Diane portrayed by Faye Lorenzo.
On the show’s finale tomorrow, Saturday at 3:15 pm, Jones will once again advise her employee Rebecca not to take the law in her hands as the bullied underdog when she encounters her nemesis.
“What I emphasize in my employee is that be humble. I told her to be like me who don’t take revenge on my oppressor,” said Angie.
“Like when most of my partymates in the last elections who defected to my rival I didn’t wish them bad but instead prayed for them. I was alsi bullied when I was in school but I befriended my bully,” she smiled.
At the moment, aside from acting, Angelica us also studying Personality Development at Ateneo de Manila University after she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Administratiin from Philippine Christian University.
