Property giant Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) won five major awards at the 14th Annual International Business Awards (IBA), also known as the Stevie Awards.
The highly-coveted Stevie, regarded as the world’s premier business award, recognizes and generates public awareness about excellence in the workplace worldwide.
Despite competing with more than 3,900 nominations from over 60 countries, ALI received a Gold Stevie Award for its corporate video entitled Reshaping with Ayala Land.
The video went beyond simply featuring ALI’s developments in the Philippines, and showed how ALI reshapes and elevates the quality of life of Filipinos across the country.
This was emphasized by the sharing of real stories of people whose lives have been touched by Ayala Land through its products and services.
By showing people’s positive experiences with ALI and its developments, the company effectively communicated to a global audience the many opportunities for sustainable living in the country.
Ayala Land’s Nuvali estate in Laguna also won a Silver Stevie Award for Best Exhibition Display or Feature for its Magical Field of Lightsevent.
By bringing ALI’s Christmas light show tradition to the south of Metro Manila, the company successfullypioneered a new installation concept in the Philippines—the first lights and sounds show that lit up an entire outdoorfield. The event generated significantly higher total foot traffic of nearly one million people during the Christmas season.
ALI’s Project LED (Local Economic Development): Authentic stories of Ayala Land and its mission for nation building,on the other hand, won two Bronze Stevie Awards in two categories: Marketing Campaign for the Year (Real Estate) and Communications or PR Campaign of the Year (Reputation and Brand Management).
The IBA judges recognized the campaign for moving away from traditional real-estatepromotional communications andfocusing more on the company’score values of contributing to nation building and social good, and on its mission of generating local economic development.
Furthermore, subsidiary Avida Land also wona BronzeStevie Award for its Avida Grand Neighbor Day under the Communications or PR Campaign of the year (Community Relations) category.
