BDO marks 50 years with thanksgiving raffles

BDO Unibank is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a raffle promotion offering five Toyota Ativ Hybrid cars and 250 SM Gift Certificates worth ₱5,000 each to qualified clients.

The anniversary promo will run from September 2026 to January 2027, with four monthly draws and a grand draw scheduled during the five-month period.

Existing BDO Unibank and BDO Network clients may participate provided they meet the required deposit balance and complete the online registration. Non-clients may also join by opening a qualifying BDO Unibank or BDO Network account, maintaining the required balance and registering online.

Qualified account holders will receive raffle entries based on the promo rules.

The first monthly draw will be held on Sept. 14, 2026, followed by another draw on Oct. 14. Each of these draws will have 50 winners of ₱5,000 SM Gift Certificates.

The succeeding draws on Nov. 14 and Dec. 14 will each feature two prizes: one Toyota Ativ Hybrid car and 50 SM Gift Certificates.

The grand draw on Jan. 15, 2027 will offer three Toyota Ativ Hybrid cars and another 50 SM Gift Certificates.

In all, the promotion will give away five hybrid cars and 250 gift certificates throughout the anniversary campaign.

The bank said the celebration also recognizes its long relationship with Filipino customers, whom it has assisted through various stages of their financial lives—from receiving their first paycheck and financing their first home or vehicle to raising capital for businesses.

BDO also provides financial guidance to clients seeking suitable investment and financial instruments for major long-term goals such as funding their children’s education and preparing for retirement.

An executive said the bank’s growth over five decades has been driven by the trust of its customers, who have helped make BDO the country’s largest bank.

The anniversary giveaways, the executive added, are the bank’s way of thanking clients for their continued confidence and loyalty.
