Biñan Center for Performing Arts breaks ground

The three-day celebration of the “Araw ng Biñan”, which began on February 2, 2023, was highlighted by the much-anticipated groundbreaking rites for the construction of the state-of-the-art “Sentro ng Patanghal na Sining” – a facility that would help promote and hone the skills of talented performers in the city.

Leading the ceremonies were Biñan Lone District Rep. Marlyn Alonte-Naguiat, City Mayor Arman Dimaguila and City Vice Mayor Gel Alonte, who explained their respective plans and programs for their constituents during a press conference following the groundbreaking event. JERSON HEAVEN S. ONG
