Subic-Clark-Manila-Batangas Railway project gets nod

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) has completed negotiations with 212 landowners affected by the Pampanga section of the Subic-Clark-Manila-Batangas (SCMB) Railway Project.
