GSIS scores 100% in 2025 ARTA Report Card Survey

The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) has achieved a perfect score in the 2025 Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Report Card Survey (RCS) 2.0, with all 10 of its evaluated branches earning top marks for outstanding public service.

Out of 904 government agencies assessed nationwide, only 59 were recognized — and GSIS accounted for 10 of those awardees.

The GSIS branches in Iloilo and General Santos received Gold Awards for achieving “Excellent” ratings, the highest distinction given to offices that scored between 95% and 100%. Meanwhile, eight other offices — the GSIS Head Office in Pasay City and its branches in Cotabato, Dagupan, Dumaguete, Maasin, Malaybalay, Butuan, and Tuguegarao — earned Silver Awards for “Very Satisfactory” performance.

“Providing Ginhawa or comfort to our members and pensioners is the heart of our mission, and these awards affirm that we are on the right path,” said GSIS President and General Manager Wick Veloso.

The ARTA Report Card Survey evaluates government agencies based on the quality of frontline services, adequacy of facilities, and overall citizen satisfaction.

The awarding ceremony, held on October 23 at Conrad Manila, recognized the top-performing agencies that continue to advance the government’s goal of streamlining processes and eliminating red tape.
