InfiniVAN Inc., a Japanese-affiliated telecommunications company, and Royal Cable Vision Corporation, a fiber home internet provider, entered into a strategic partnership that establishes a new benchmark in digital infrastructure.
Under the Indefeasible Right of Use Agreement, Royal Cable Vision Corporation will tap InfiniVAN’s Microduct Tube within the facility, a configuration that creates a “triple threat” to the country’s long-standing internet issues, minimizing disruptions to infrastructure and provide on-the-go, continuous internet security. The agreement makes a trailblazing move for advancing digital transformation. This will foster an open access policy aimed at creating a more competitive, faster and more accessible and affordable internet for all Filipinos. The partnership scales up digital infrastructure in accordance with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ‘s directive for reliable and affordable internet.

The event was further graced by the DICT’s Secretary Henry Rhoel Aguda who acted as government’s strategic partner and regulator ensuring the collaboration is fully aligned with national digital goals.
Also present in the ceremony was the First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan to the Philippines, Isowa Koji, who highlighted a bright future of cultural exchange and the adoption of Japanese professional advances in service of the Filipino people.
InfiniVAN and Royal Cable pledged to a shared commitment of infrastructure sharing, open access, and high-quality internet services to every Filipino community.
