LANDBANK has formalized a partnership with the League of Municipalities of the Philippines to enhance access to development financing and technical support across 1,486 municipalities nationwide.
The collaboration, cemented through a Memorandum of Agreement during the LMP 1st General Assembly on March 9 in Pasay City, was signed by LANDBANK Executive Vice President Charlotte I. Conde and LMP National President Mayor Faustino ‘Inno’ Dy V, with LANDBANK First Vice President Allan R. Bisnar and LMP Secretary General Mayor Danielle Niña Bernos as witnesses.
“By providing municipalities with accessible financing, we empower local leaders to transform their communities and strengthen local economies. This partnership helps turn plans into action, enabling better services for their constituents,” said LANDBANK President and CEO Lynette V. Ortiz.
Under the MOA, municipalities can tap LANDBANK financing for critical infrastructure and services, including roads, healthcare, sanitation systems, and disaster resilience projects.
As of January 2026, LANDBANK’s Enhanced LGU Lending Program has released ₱190 billion to support nationwide infrastructure and socio-economic projects, while the Multi Developmental Financing Support Program has approved ₱3.6 billion in loans, prioritizing 3rd to 5th class municipalities.
Beyond financing, LANDBANK offers guidance on municipal borrowing, responsible fiscal management, and strategic project development to ensure long-term, sustainable outcomes.
With a nationwide network of 10,412 touchpoints—including 615 branches, 3,268 ATMs, 236 cash deposit machines, and 1,001 LANDBANKasama agent banking partners—LANDBANK combines high-touch service with digital efficiency, ensuring municipalities can access financing solutions and adopt digital tools effectively, leaving no locality behind in the country’s development journey.
