LandBank unveils OptiSaver Plus

State-run Land Bank of the Philippines has launched OptiSaver Plus, an upgraded savings product designed to help Filipinos grow their funds while enjoying free insurance coverage for added financial security.

With a tiered interest rate of up to 4% per annum, OptiSaver Plus also provides free life or personal accident insurance based on a depositor’s Average Daily Balance (ADB). 

A minimum P50,000 ADB qualifies depositors for either insurance, while those maintaining P20 million and above receive both coverages.

The account offers unlimited deposits and withdrawals with seamless access through LandBank’s digital banking channels, enabling cardless Visa Debit Card transactions and over-the-counter passbook transactions at branches.

Existing OptiSaver account holders will be automatically upgraded to OptiSaver Plus and need only visit a branch to complete the required forms for free insurance. New clients can open an account at any LandBank branch and receive a passbook for easy monitoring.
