True enough, Lovi Poe, daughter of the late Movie King Fernando Poe, Jr. and erstwhile model Rowena Moran tied the knot with her British beau Monty Blencowe lat August 26, 2023 at 3:30 Pm (10”30 pm Manila time) the breathtaking Cliveden House in Berkshire, United Kingdom.
Lovi was splendid in her long trained white gown and Monty was elegant in his princely garb.
In her Instagram post, Poe excitedly announced hours after their wedding: “I have found the one who makes my soul sing.”
Before the matrimony, though, it wasn’t clear if her caption was about nervousness or the beautiful colors of love when she admitted having butterflies: “You give me butterflies.”
Lovi and Monty met in Los Angeles and had only overseas communication but finally they secretly celebrated their engagement in Malibu and decided to formalize their bond in a gracious wedding where the bride walked down the aisle.
Some of the couple’s guests were exclusively kith and kin but Poe had her siblings Ronyan Poe, FPJ’s son with actress Ana Marin and Senator Grace Poe, FPJ and Susan Roces’ adoptive daughter.
