Metrobank marks 64th year with September deals

September brings a fresh set of deals for Metrobank customers as the bank celebrates its 64th anniversary with special offers covering shopping, dining, travel and major financial purchases.

The anniversary promotions give Metrobank credit cardholders opportunities to earn cashback on weekend and weekday spending. Cardholders can get up to ₱1,500 cashback on accumulated local straight purchases from Friday to Sunday, while those who spend at least ₱1,000 on weekdays get a chance to win up to ₱20,000 cashback.

Eligible Metrobank Visa credit cardholders can also earn up to ₱10,000 cashback by meeting the required accumulated spending on cross-border and airline transactions using their Metrobank Visa credit cards.

Online shoppers can get an additional ₱150 discount on Shopee every Friday with a minimum ₱2,500 spend using Metrobank credit cards.

At Power Mac Center stores, Metrobank credit cardholders can avail themselves of 0-percent installment plans for up to 36 months, as well as Shop Now, Pay Later terms of up to 90 days.

Dining deals are also available. Metrobank Visa credit cardholders can enjoy 50-percent discounts at participating Vikings Group outlets from Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays.

Metrobank debit cardholders can also buy one item and get a second item for only ₱64 every Monday and Wednesday at participating Yogorino, Beanhound and Paper Moon outlets.

Customers looking to build their savings can also get an incentive. First-time Metrobank account holders who open an eSavings account through the Metrobank App until September 30, 2026 will receive a ₱100 Lazada Gift Card.

The anniversary celebration will also feature Metrobank’s Live & Drive event on September 12 to 13 at the SM Megamall Fashion Hall.

The event will give prospective homeowners and car buyers an opportunity to explore Metrobank’s Home Loan, Car Loan and Home Equity Loan offerings, consult with loan specialists, and check property, vehicle and home-improvement deals from participating partners.

The September promotions form part of Metrobank’s 64th anniversary celebration, offering customers incentives on everyday spending while also providing opportunities to pursue larger financial goals.
