Team Pilipinas-PYD competed in Taipei

Team  Pilipinas of the Philippine Youth Dreamers did the country proud during  the first Asia-Pacific Youth Basketball Tournament for U15 division held  in Taipei, Taiwan last  October 18-20.

With multi-titled coach Beaujign Acot as head of delegation,  Joey De Guia  and Julius Terule as team consultants and Terrence Baclig as head coach, the Filipinos competed against se;ect teams from the Asia-Pacific region.

The members of the  team are Luke Stanley Capiral, Kaeden Navarro,  Jaimin Tablizo,  Shawn Sorosoro,Matteo  Lotho,Klied Siat, Axl Magadia, Lennon Magadia, Tyler Young, Marquise Batalon, Paul Manoloto and Nikee Manoloto.

Assistant coaches are Keno Bautista,  Ner Manoloto and John Chartreuse Santos 

Acot expressed his gratitude to the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP), Converge ICT Solutions Inc and the  Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office  (PCSO) for   always supporting youth development in Philippine basketball
