Mario Garcia, a veteran broadcast journalist who worked with ABS-CBN, Radio Veritas. Channel 4 etc. for decades succumbed to heart attack early last week at St. Luke’s Medical Center.
Digna Santiago, an indefatigable film producer of Premiere Productions died leaving behind a legacy of important films like “Minsa’y Isang Gamu-Gamo (Once Moth)” which starred Nora Aunor, “Babae” which featured Nora, Judy Ann Santos and Nida Blanca.
