Bloomberry Cultural Foundation, Inc. (BCFI), the corporate foundation of Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels, Inc. (BRHI), recently turned over a new 5-storey cadet barracks to the Philippine Military Academy (PMA). This is the second cadet barracks donated by BCFI. The 1st cadet barracks was handed over to PMA in 2016.
This project, in collaboration with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR), was built at a cost of Php 335M, consisting of 5-storeys (including a basement) with a total of 68 bedrooms, and 52 study rooms, which can accommodate 480 cadets.

The Regis Hall Cadet Barracks is another notable government-private sector collaboration aimed at upgrading the facilities of the Philippine Military Academy to enhance the institution’s capacity to hone and develop the country’s future soldiers and officers within time-honored PMA traditions.
Present during the donation turn-over ceremony were Hon. Delfin N. Lorenzana, Secretary of National Defense, Lt. Gen. Ronnie S. Evangelista, PMA Superintendent, Brig. General Bartolome Vicente O. Bacarro, PA AFP, Commandant of Cadets, Cadet Corps AFP, Baguio Mayor-elect Benjamin Magalong, Atty. Jose S. Tria, Jr., Special Assistant to the Chairman, PAGCOR and Atty. Juanito L. Sañosa, Jr., VP – Compliance and Governance Group, PAGCOR. Representing the private sector were Enrique K. Razon Jr., Chairman Bloomberry Resorts Corp., Jose Eduardo E. Alarilla, Vice Chairman, Bloomberry Resorts & Hotels, Inc. and Donato C. Almeda, President, Bloomberry Cultural Foundation, Inc.
