Victory Liner commemorated its 78th anniversary with the unveiling of its restored iconic Jardinera-type vintage bus and the Royal Class Sleeper Bus Line.
The restoration of a Jardinera-type bus body on an International Harvester chassis and engine is known as a “Toastrack” or “Charabanc,” that traces back to 19th-century France. In collaboration with Del Monte Motors, known for its bus body fabrication expertise, this experimental project became a reality. The restoration team left no stone unturned, scouring archives and the internet for old photographs to ensure historical accuracy.
On the other hand, the Royal Class bus line features Volvo B8R bs coaches powered by the latest Volvo D-8 engine. Each bus boasts of 28passnger suites and one crew bed. Passengers can enjoy and amenity kit, individual airconditioned vents, room lamps, and premium leather beds with footrests. Each suite has its own USB and C-charging ports.
With the Victory’s Royal bus line, trips to Baguio and Cagayan becomes effortless and unforgettable.
During the anniversary night, Victory Liner president Marivic de Pilar said: We thought about launching a Royal class bus line and spring back from the pandemic with a bang. Travelers these days are more discerning. We asked them what they want and what their dream road trip is like. And we came up with this Royal class edition. In a class of it own.”
For his part, Victory Liner marketing head Raul Escaldre emphasize that the Royal class offers customers wa unique and desirable travel experience. “Victory Liner has redefined the commuter experience, setting a new standard in premium travel.”
