Thus said Transport Secretary Jaime J. Bautista as the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) for infrastructure projects in the region. 

The DOTr-MinDA MOC intends to facilitate joint planning and programming that will address the infrastructure needs of the stakeholders in southern region. 

The cooperation also aims to provide joint project support for timely implementation of transport projects in Mindanao. 

“We look forward to implementing all these projects in the next coming years,” the transport chief added. 

“This is a symbol that you will be a part of making our dreams come true,” MinDA Secretary Leo Tereso Magno said for his part.
