Actress Mara Lopez holds engagement party with American businessman fiance in US

As if a romantic engagement between two people wasn’t enough, the engaged couple still held a party to announce to the world the officialdom of the fiance’s marriage proposal to his beloved.

That was exactly what happened when future bride Mara Lopez and groom  Chandler Booth decided and carried out an engagement party in the US recently.

Mara and Chandler got engaged in New York last year and they are set to tie the knot in Palawan in November this year.

The party was attended by kith and kin mostly of the Filipino actress if we judge from the photos posted by Mara’s mom, actress and Binibining Pilipinas-Universe Maria Isabel Lopez.

According to Maria Isabel in her Facebook wall, the engagement party was held at the  Paradox Cove in Austin, Texas. USA.

“Truly a magical moment. I love them dearly,” noted Maribel with a heart emoji and a hashgtag #loveisintheair.

Love is indeed in the air written all over the black and white photo of Mara and Chandler.

Maria Isabel’s kin Laura Lopez Kangerga (who the beauty queen and veteran actress said, was the one who bridged Mara and Chandler) was around as well as the older Lopez’s niece Courtney Concepcion to witness the historic engagement gig.

Maribel’s husband, lawyer Jonathan Melrod, and her stepsons Eli and Noah were present as well.
