EastWest has opened a new banking store in Cebu IT Park, combining digital self-service facilities with personalized assistance to provide customers with more flexible and convenient banking options.
Located in one of Cebu’s major business and lifestyle districts, the new store allows customers to handle routine transactions, seek financial advice and explore wealth management services in one location.
The facility features a 24/7 self-service banking area equipped for essential transactions, including cash deposits, enabling customers to access selected banking services beyond regular branch hours.
Inside the store, customers can use digital facilities for routine transactions or seek assistance from bank personnel for more complex financial needs. Service pods and private consultation rooms are also available for personalized consultations and financial planning.
Ivy B. Uy, head of EastWest’s Branch Banking Group, said the store was designed to let customers choose how they manage their finances, whether through self-service facilities, professional advice or a combination of both.
The new location also houses an EastWest Priority Center, where Priority clients can access relationship managers, private consultation rooms, a dedicated lounge and tailored financial solutions.
Customers may likewise explore EastWest Horizons, the bank’s wealth management offering for emerging affluent individuals seeking guidance on investments, insurance and long-term financial growth.
EastWest said the new store reflects its effort to adapt banking services to changing customer needs by integrating digital convenience with face-to-face support.
