Mini Cooper owners and enthusiasts were treated to a thrilling ride onboard the new Mini Cooper S and other variants of the British-made car during the Mini Driving Experience 2023 at the Clark International Speedway in Pampanga.
Autohub president Willie Tee-Ten was on hand to greet the participants who were given the free hand to handle the car and experience the thrill and speed onboard the car.
“It’s been a while since we had this Mini Driving Experience. We are happy to bring it back after the pandemic and we are so glad that you are all here to experience the latest addition to our brand. Maraming salamat po sa inyong lahat and let’s all enjoy the Mini experience,” said Tee-Ten.
All the participants were given their turn to drive the latest Mini Cooper S, which Tee-Ten described as “a one-of-a-kind car that has international combustion engine as we transition to electric vehicles in the near future.”
The Mini owners and the media participants were separated and competed with each other in the open slalom at the side of the speedway. Each one drove two laps and their best time was counted.
After the open slalom, the participants were then herded to the main track for the very thrilling guided lap where all cars drove an exhilarating total of four rounds.
