International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) is warning the public about online scams using manipulated videos and audio recordings to impersonate Chairman Enrique K. Razon Jr. and other senior executives.
In a statement, ICTSI said he fraudulent materials, which have appeared on social media, falsely portray Mr. Razon promoting investment opportunities.
Mr. Razon nor ICTSI has endorsed any such investments.
The scam content is designed to appear convincing and may include offers that seem legitimate. ICTSI emphasizes that these are not authorized and are intended to mislead viewers.
ICTSI is also encouraging the public to be cautious when engaging with online content that references ICTSI or the Razon Group.
