King of RIOT 2023 kicks off Nov. 16-19

The annual King of Riot – Powered by Motul, now on its third exciting year, blasts off Nov. 16-19 at the new challenging venue at The Hamptons in Caliraya, Cavinti, Laguna.

This exhilarating event, organized by Rizal International Off-Road Track (RIOT) is expected to attract more than 150 off-road enthusiasts from across the region other countries as well for a weekend filled with adrenaline-pumping action, according to head organizer and mayor Jun Siquian who welcomed all the event sponsors and members of the media during the launch at the Oriental Palace in Quezon City.

With Motul as its primary sponsor, the King of Riot is renowned for its challenging obstacles, demanding skills, and exceptional off-roading prowess. Passionate 4×4 drivers will demonstrate their dexterity behind the wheel, testing their mettle against both natural and artificial hurdles specifically designed to push their vehicles to the limit in five major categories set by the organizers.

A new set of rules will be adopted to improve the competitors’ skills and preservation of their competition vehicle. Live result posting will also be applied and an onboard 360 camera will be installed for the Prototype (King of Riot) and Modified (Warrior of Riot) category vehicles. The three categories include the Jeep Class, Production Big and Small, and the UTV. Each category will be managed by an experience competition manager under the supervision of an Event Director simultaneously to streamline all the actual competition.

In addition, there will be The Great Outdoors Festival where there are a lots of entertainment activities with food stalls, merchandise stands, and display of the latest 4×4 vehicles and accessories available throughout the 4-day event.
