Citing that the dealership has been in existence since 2021, manager Elviro said the dealership has 16 working bays that can service an average of 25 of up to as much as 40 Mitsubishi vehicles a day or to an amazing 600-1,000 vehicles a month. “Our façade is simply big as we can accommodate to as much as 26 cars and 16 motorcycles to our parking area where our customers can comfortably park their vehicles while visiting our showroom,” he said.
In order to further serve their loyal customers in far-flung areas in the South, manager Elviro said Mitsubishi Gateway Matina also holds regular monthly caravans where their trusted and skilled technicians-on-the-go assemble in one venue elsewhere to service Mitsubishi cars and vehicles which could not go to their main office in Matina. “Yes, we bring our technicians-on-the-go on a monthly caravans most of the time to Agusan region and Cotabato areas so they can bring their cars for PMS there,” manager Elviro said.
Mitsubishi vehicles are very popular in the region, according to manager Elviro, with the Mirage sedan the Xpander SUV as the primary choices especially for those customers living in the city, for those start-up families, and even for first time car owners. “This is because of the reliability and also for the kind of aftersales services our company has been extending to them from the time they get their vehicle from the showroom up to their regular PMS checkups afterwards from time to time. They are very much satisfied with our services here at the Mitsubishi Gateway Matina,” manager Elviro said.
Manager Elviro added that the XForce and Montero are very popular to business owners and second-car owners while the Triton pickups and L300s are the picks of businessmen, OFW workers, and even the farm owners.
