P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin has been named Best Developer – Luzon at the Philippines Real Estate Awards 2026, marking another milestone for the property developer as its Philippine partnership approaches its 10th year.
The prestigious recognition, presented by Dot Property Group and Lamudi, was conferred during an awards ceremony on Sept. 17 at Okada Manila, honoring excellence, innovation and leadership in the country’s real estate industry.
