The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) will auction 70 properties across Luzon through electronic public bidding on Sept. 23 to 24, offering residential, agricultural and mixed-use properties to prospective buyers.
The auction includes 51 residential properties, 17 agricultural properties and one mixed residential/agricultural property located in Albay, Batangas, Camarines Sur, Isabela, Laguna, Palawan, Pangasinan, Romblon and Sorsogon.
A 240-square-meter commercial lot along the Western Nautical Highway in Naujan, Oriental Mindoro is among the featured properties, with a minimum bid price of ₱3.1 million.
The PDIC said online bid submissions will be accepted from 9 a.m. on Sept. 23 until 1 p.m. on Sept. 24. The opening of bids will follow at 2 p.m. on Sept. 24.
Interested buyers must register once through the PDIC’s online e-bidding portal or access it through the “Assets for Sale” section on the PDIC website.
The e-bidding is part of the PDIC’s continuing disposal of properties under its asset management program, giving buyers an opportunity to acquire real estate through a government-supervised auction.
