PNB opens insurance service information hubs

Allianz PNB Life Insurance has recently inaugurated Life Track stations inside selected PNB and PNB Savings Bank branches located in the Makati and Ortigas business districts.

The LifeTrack stations aim to provide PNB and PNB Savings Bank customers and Filipino families with a more comprehensive information on financial services.

Allianz PNB Life has set up LifeTrack stations at the Julia Vargas Avenue and San Lorenzo branches of PNB, and the Ayala branch of PNB Savings Bank in Allied Bank Center, Makati.

These branches now offer a distinct and private space for bank clients and prospective investors to seek out Allianz PNB Life’s financial advisors and discuss how investing in financial products could help address their varying needs.

Allianz PNB Life will be installing around 30 more LifeTrack Stations in PNB and PNB Savings bank branches in key cities nationwide by end-year.

“The LifeTrackStation allows us to be more accessible, to provide our customers with the financial advice, guidance, and support that they need at every life stage,” said Allianz PNB Life CEO Dr. Olaf Kliesow.

“The goal of these stations would be to help customers identify the barriers that keep them from making smarter, more sustainable financial decision, guiding them through the process of selecting a financial solution that would best meet their needs, and checking in with them to ensure that their goals stay on track. We hope that Filipinos would see the LifeTrack stations as an essential stop on their journey to financial independence and wellbeing,” he added.

Allianz PNB Life Sales Manager Josephine Bulilanunderscored the need to investing in life insurance early.

“For us, life insurance is a multiplier. If you start younger, you get to avail of bigger protection,” said Bulilan.

“The LifeTrackStation creates a more encouraging environment for potential investors, it allows them to engage financial advisors in longer and deeper conversations without reservations. For our financial advisors, it gives them the opportunity to help potential investors understand how investing in insurance would impact various aspects of their lives,” he added.

Philippine National Bank President Reynaldo Maclang and PNB Savings Bank President Jovencio Hernandez attended the inauguration of the revamped LifeTrack stations and expressed their confidence in the ongoing partnership.
“Our partnership with Allianz PNB Life has allowed us to bring in one of the world’s leading insurers, world-class partner known for their expertise and customer service,” Maclang said.

“With the LifeTrack Stations, we can continue to deliver on our commitment of putting our customers first and helping them get the financial guidance they need to realize their life goals,” he added.

“Over the course of a lifetime, Filipinos plan for various goals and challenges, from helping their child complete their education, to building a financial cushion for retirement, to planning for the needs of future generations,” said Hernandez. “We look forward to working with the Allianz PNB Life’s team to ensure that more Filipinos can keep their finances and their plans on track,” he said.
