Philippine National Bank (PNB) has partnered with the Top Line Group of Companies to establish a comprehensive retirement program designed to enhance the long-term financial security of the company’s employees.
The initiative underscores PNB’s commitment to providing integrated financial solutions that promote both organizational growth and employee well-being. It also reinforces Top Line Group’s efforts to strengthen its employee benefits program.
Top Line Group is engaged in fuel trading, logistics and retail operations in the Philippines. Through its vertically integrated business model and Light Fuels retail brand, the company serves both industrial clients and individual consumers while continuing to expand its infrastructure and market presence.
Under the partnership, PNB’s Trust Banking Group will administer the retirement fund. The unit will leverage its fiduciary and investment management expertise to support the long-term retirement needs of Top Line Group’s workforce.
“Our goal is to help organizations build sustainable retirement programs grounded in sound governance and prudent fund management,” said Jiah Santos, PNB Chief Trust Officer and Head of the Trust Banking Group.
PNB’s Commercial Banking Group led the client engagement and relationship management for the partnership. Allan Ang, Head of the bank’s Corporate Banking Group, said the collaboration enables PNB to deliver end-to-end financial solutions tailored to clients’ long-term objectives.
For Top Line Group, the retirement program reflects its commitment to investing in its people. “Our employees are central to our growth, and this retirement program is a meaningful step toward securing their long-term financial well-being,” said Eugene Erik Lapasaran Lim, Chief Executive Officer of Top Line Group of Companies.
The partnership further strengthens PNB’s role as a trusted financial partner of Philippine enterprises while helping employers provide greater financial security and retirement readiness for their workforce.
